Restoring purchases

Open the paywall or settings in Chartmark and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

Managing a subscription

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

How do I turn a photo into a chart?

Tap “Photo to chart”, pick a photo, choose the width in stitches and the number of colours. Colours are matched to DMC flosses.

Can I print a pattern?

Yes. Any chart can be exported as a printable PDF with a symbol grid and a colour key.
